A freind of mine in Europe installed a 351W in his 72 Maverick. He is looking for a set of headers to fit. Does anyone make them?
    Thanks,
    Fred

I notice you are in RI...
    Tubular is in Weymouth Mass...
The headers have small tubes though.

Hedman makes a small tube set too.

If he wants decent primary tubes (not big, just decent),
he will need to go with Crites Restoration headers, or Hooker Stang headers.
The Hooker's need some fitting to make them work.
Crites are supposed to be easy.

I waited 12 weeks for headers from Tubular that were never started before finally giving up and getting my deposit back.

Tubular Automotive is only 40 miles from me. I've had some work done by them in the past. When I dropped the car off to them everything was fine. Perfect fit, top quality work. A few of my freinds have bought other headers from them and had to modify them to fit. How are their Maverick headers? When I looked through the old posts I read a few where it seemed like they didn't fit just right. These are being shipped to Europe. Minor modifications could be handled but the engine compartment is repainted so that can't be modified.

Crites makes a 1 3/4" header for the windsor in a maverick ...do a search and you`ll get pics and info on them.
