Have a 1970 maverick that was originally a 200 ci 6 cylinder that I'm looking to install a 351w as I already have one. (I know a 302 would be easier, but I'm trying to do this on a cheap budget).

I have v8 frame mounts and motor mounts, are the 302 the same as 351w?
What oil pan will I need for the 351w
What headers (either long tube, shorties or exhaust manifolds) will work without having to shave the shock tower.

I looked into doing this swap in my Comet. I changed my mind after finding out the one company that made the headers for it had quit making them.

Motor mounts same. I think any '70s 351 front sump pan can be used.

Still, you'll be way ahead to locate a 302 & sell the 351.

You need to notch the spring towers. The motor mounts and oil pan are the same as a 302.
I'd love to have a 351 in my Maverick...

Nope, because 351 main bearings are larger, oil pans do not interchange.

Tom is correct about the pan. Headers are the biggest installation issue. I am not familiar with any company that makes them at this point in time. I had mine custom made over 25 years ago by J. Bittle America on the west coast. I still have them, but they are not for sale. Installation of the headers and spark plugs are difficult to say the least.
Here are some pictures of the 351W in my Comet. As you view them think about changing plugs. Also, it is easier to pull the engine to perform any head work than to try and do the work with the 351 in the car.

Notch the towers and spark plug changes are easy.
Unless it's a race car, you don't need headers...
