I think they may be one of a kind. Just because the bolt pattern is the same doesn't mean that the center hub hole is the same. I found this out seeing if a Mustang rim fit for a spare on my 5 bolt. The bolt pattern is the same but the center hole was too small. You may want to check the later Granada rims and Fairmonts. They were 4 bolt and might be the same.
i tried mustang wheels which are the same as the fairmont both made on the fox body i have seen mavs with mags just dont know were they got them
The 4 lug wheels on Mavericks and Comets are a 4 1/2 bolt circle. The 4 lug on Fox body Mustangs are 4 1/4" circle. The center hole on the 5 lug wheels was enlarged to fit the hub on disc brakes. You can usually machine the center hole out about 1/8 to make the drum wheels fit over the disc hubs.
its really not easy to find any nice wheels for the older 4 lugs.. i've stopped looking.. just gona have to make the 5 lug swap. all i need it a nice 5 lug rear cheap, also not easy to find
I nice set from American Racing, and I sure there must be other rims out there that must fit if you want to go with chrome rims.
wheels If you are still looking for a set of 4 lug aluminum wheels I have a complete set, with new tires. The rears are 14x8 with 245/60/14 radials and the fronts are 14x6 with 195/70/14, the tires have never seen any miles and the wheels are from my first maverick I have had them for almost 21 years. The tires I bought last year when I was mocking up a 71 Maverick and wanted to put the wheels on it for old time sake, but decides to go a different route. The wheels are in good shape no pits are scatches, they have been in my loft up to last year. Email me if you are interested. Chandler
Be careful when choosing a factory Maverick 5-lug wheel, though. The middle bore wasn't larger until 1974.
