$50 worth???

    Sold my 1974 Comet - Looking super nice 73 Maverick near Memphis
    Went a junkyard in Ashland, Ms found these mirrors from a Grabber for my 74 Comet. Did I get my $50 worth???

    Also found my pass side rear wheel molding for $15.

    Most yards I deal with would have been a little less in price, but as far as a good deal? Ebay, for a nice set like that, would be at least in the $75 to $90 range, so I would say YES.

    Alittle high $ for junkyard pieces but cheaper than any I've seen on E-bay. So, I guess the answer is yes, you got your moneys worth.

    I agree... not a bad price if your going by ebay, but if your going by yard prices... I could have prob got them for free... if not less than $20

    the junk yards in my area think their parts are gold. $150 for a bumper.:huh:

    I think you did good.....if its a price you was willing to pay.
    I have seen them go for a lot more than that.
