I bought a solid 70 grabber. Still has original striping in some places original motor runs was told if we put the drive shaft back in we can drive it. Interior is all there pretty decent every peice to the car is there. Body work is %70 done. I should have it running and driving with a sanded down primer job soon (with the help of my dad).. I really am liking this 70 grabber and i have the original owner card with it and other things here are a few pictures. Its looks rough but its just from paint remover and skim coats of body filler. It is about a %95 rust free car. Hardly any rust. But like you all know i cant hold onto cars to long I am planning on taking this car to the georgia meet.
Im working on cleaning the interior seats are moldy i will post pictures soon and my dad is working on getting it running. I found a vehicle inspection report from 8/15/70 it had 548 miles the time of the inspection
No.. i got the original fenders with it they had a little bit of rust on them but the stripes on it are perfect i cleaned out the interior it looks 1000000000000 times better looks really good im about to dye the carpet.
Looks like a great car. If you get a chance my you could get some close ups of the inner parts of end caps and rear spoiler. I'm wanting to see how they were taped off originally by Ford to black out the rear.
I guess it just looks worse than what it is. Mine had moss growing on it (north side only, of course) from sitting for 14 years. I washed it and it looked 100% better
Yeah its just from where the guy put paint stripper on it, a few different colors of yellow, bare metal in some places, black primer, gray primer and skim coats of bondo makes it look alot rougher then it is.
