Does anyone know where the choke clean air tube connects?

I have the heat tube replaced and connected, but does anything connect to this port?

My 1970 200 does not have that tube. Possible that is a later year, from a car with a charcoal canister.

IN all I've seen, the fresh air supply is from the carb to exhaust manifold, thru exhaust manifold to choke assembly on carb. Was in use (at least on V8) long before charcoal canisters were introduced.
