71 Maverick wiring

    Does anyone know what this wire is for? In harness to solenoid. Light green With orange stripe. Also have a 4 prong plug behind master cylinder I cant figure out. Any ideas?

    If you mean for light I don't think it can be made operational with a one wire type alt...

    What are wire colors for plug?? If it has a red/white, white/red, red/green and another color then it's the feed to oil & temp lights as well as ign coil feed...
