So it looks like I will be buying this 73 Grabber.................hopefully I can get it back on the road easily.

My question is that both front seats, buckets..............are toast. Is there somewhere to get the skins for the top and bottom, or maybe will Mustang skins fit?
I have an Auto Krafters catalog but they show carpets and misc stuff, but no skins.

Dont know about the seat skins, but I love the surface rust look on the top side of the car and wheels! Looks like a great start too!

A member on this forum was making them and they are super his name is fmc56 on here, shoot him a email or pm.

I believe 69-71 or somewhere in that era mustang seat covers fit as well but are not the same pattern as far as the sewing pattern on the padded part. Check out the Mustang vendors and you will see

Mustang seat covers won't fit 73 & 74 buckets, the foam is too thick. Fred can make them look like new.

Yes, that's him. He is usually really busy, so give him some time. There is a post about the seat covers he is making.

    Here it is: http://mmb.maverick.to/showthread.php?t=44471&highlight=grabber+seat+covers

With those style buckets, the foam is molded around the seat frames, so if you take the covers off, don't start ripping away at the foam, It's not the same as Mustangs either.

Nice find! Did you notice you have a blue leather wrapped steering wheel, wheels-it may be stock(depending on the Marti Report) or it's a dealer add on, my 73 Cougar XR7 has the same wheel. Does it have a/c or floor shift, 302 maybe? Great find!!
