    The project begins. My son and I just recieved a 75 Grabber from my brother. Hope to have her on the road for his 16th next March!

    72 Maverick Grabber
    72 Maverick Grabber was my teen and and early 20's car. Had 302 w/ c4 w/ shift kit. Car was actually pretty fast. Has sat for the last 12 years. Getting ready to have the car fully restored back to original baby blue w/ grabber stripes. Will probably convert over to a late model 4.6 with 5 speed. Or a 2000 cobra 4.6 dohc ( If a can get that wide motor to fit) .

    Has anyone put a 4.6 dohc in a maverick?
