9" rear

    im looking to update this spring to a 9" rear. iwould really like disc brakes.can u guys give me the best way to go about this

    Do a searce on Disk Brakes and you will see many options.

    there are lots of ways to put disk brakes on a 9". every aftermarket disk brake kit manifacturer offers kits for the 9". all you really need to know is what housing ends your 9" has.

    The easiest way is to swap in a late 70's Versailles 9" rear. It;s the only bolt in swap for this combo. Also found under some Granadas and Monarchs from 74-80. And also with drum brakes too.

    It's easy if you like outdated technology, and try to find the obsolete brake hoses...

    ;) It's only a problem for those who cannot improvise. ;) :rofl2: The brake hoses for 30-40 year old cars aren't the only hard to find obsolete parts. So where do you find all the NEW parts to completely restore your car ? :idea:
