will the A/C Compressor off of an 250 inline 6 banger fit a 289 motor? I am thinking of dropping a 289 in the Sprint and it doesn't have an air compressor.

Air compressor is the same. How it mounts is different.

You will need all the V-8 brackets for the compressor. Anything off of a 289/302...maybe even a 351 will work. Pickups, Granada's, LTD's....pretty much all the same.

Brackets and pulleys should be matched year specific.

351 pedestal brackets and lateral brackets won't work. The 351's have a taller deck height.
*Note - I have researched this for 1967-73 cars. I can't say for certain for later brackets and engines.
