Hey man, that underdash 8-track was NOS and a whopping $10. Never been used and still in the factory box and wrap before I slipped in the Alice Cooper.

I like it cause it flashes constantly. And you can turn it off at night.

Well the speakers are cylindrical and fit pretty well just sitting there. i would like to have my neato shelf back for the Hot Wheels and Skittles bag.
I just bought a pair of 5.25" Pioneer speakers. I hadn't even considered placing them on the hump under the dash! Great spot.
I was going to run wires to the package shelf under the carpet and door sills for some 6x9 3-ways and install these in the door panels. I really didn't want to have to cut my panels up you know?
Your set up is great looking.
    The new deck.

I know EXACTLY what you mean.
I really didn't want to cut up my door at all. One little slip up and you are out a door pannel. which is a bit more expensive then fiberglass. Its also a big hassel
I blew my center console speakers, and in order to replace them i'd have to rip my dash apart. So I went with the fiberglass setup.
I was thinking of putting a sub in, but the only place i can think to put it would be under the seat, but there is already an electric run there that was plugged into my original bucket seats... any idea what it is for? It must not be horribly important as the comet drives the same without it.
