    Hello
    its is possible to remove complete AC whitout removing heater? [just need warm air, not AC in car]

    Any photos or manual how to do that?:)

    I just did mine too. you'll need to take out the lower dash, the glove box, the cross bar that everything is bolted to. unhook the cooling lines. unhook the AC lines. near the top on the drivers side there is a 3 wire plug next to a 1 wire connection. that's your fan speed, unplug them. unplug the ground wire from the blower motor. I did away with all the vacuum motor and lines so they were just cut out. There are 3 nuts on studs through the fire wall, remove them. Wiggle and tug until you find everything that is still holding the box in place. Once it is out, it's quite easy to disassemble, clean and rehab, hit it with some black spray paint and re-instsall.
