Just got back from looking at 2 4 door Comets that I left a phone number with about six months ago seeing if they every were getting rid of them to call me first. Well got to where they are and both interiors are mint..... the one looks like it was never sat it..... was parked in 1980 and has pretty much sat ever since.... still has the 1980's gas..... both are 77 Comets (1 a 250ci the other a 200ci) and other than the bucket seat rails in the one I don't really have a need for either car but I could prolly pick them up cheap (he said gimmie what you think is fair) but I don't have the room.... the one that has been driven up until a few weeks ago the frame where the power steering arm bolts up is rotted through and he fixed that but then the power steering arm broke, also had all new brakes put on it about 5 months ago. I am hopefully gonna borrow a digital camera and get some pics for you guys but seeing as I don't have the room I am prolly gonna part them out.... I would like to turn the one into a winter car seeing as how the frame looks but the interiors are so good I don't know what to do.... also one has the power assisted brakes..... first time seeing that in person other than photo's...... I don't know what to offer the guy and I know if I had pics you could give me a better idea but as it stands I might just part them out..... will let you know more tomorrow
