adjust bands were?

    1970 Maverick 302 painted Bahama Blue Metallic.
    i read the posts about how to adjust the bands but im not sure which is which and were these are.... thanks

    1966 Mustang, 1972, 73, 73 and 73 Mavericks
    The front band is the intermediate band (adjuster on the driver's side) and gets backed out from 10 ft. lbs. just 1 1/2 turns. The rear band is the low/reverse band (adjuster on the passenger side) and gets backed out 3 turns from its torque of 10 ft. lbs. if you have a C4.
    Both should be adjusted, when the filter screen is cleaned and the fluid changed at three year intervals (more often if the vehicle is raced or run hard).
