I was cleaning some stuff up on a 77 Maverick 250 I6 and had to replace the vacuum hoses. Dummy me, I forgot to mark the two hoses that go to the underside of the air cleaner. Which side of the air temp sensor (inside of the air cleaner) does the vacuum hose from the flapper diaphragm go to? The air temp sensor has just a tiny hole on one side and a little post that sticks up a little on the other side. Sorry for the less than technical lingo......

If I am correct, I remember the nipples were two different sizes. There wasn't a great difference, but with a close look you'll see it! :)

Edit: What I just told you was for a plastic valve. If you're speaking about the metal valve, the ports are the same size and the one with the pinhole goes to intake manifold vacuum, the other goes to the air filter vacuum motor. I just went out and looked at mine.
