Another thing, do you want those 4 lug wheels I got from Jamie?? I could make you a "Use 'em now and pay me later" kinda deal. All you would need to buy is one tire. They are all new, but that one has a bubble down low on it. Let me know!! Pick 'em up when you get the bellhousing and carb. Preston

I just thought of this too. I have a V-8 sway bar there too. It's bigger, might help it handle better. Like I said, if you need it, get it and pay me later. Just let me know what you get....;) Later man, Preston

Nice job! I love a good looking 6 cyl. Hey, is that a two barrel carb adaptor on there? Who makes it?

Thanks for the replies...Im going to put a polished aluminum valve cover to make it sparkle. The adapter is a clifford performance 1 to 2bbl carb adapter. I'm going with a grabber blue like paint scheme with one offset racing strip because there will be an offset hood scoop. The air cleaner will stick out of the fiberglass hood. And preston, I'll take it all and I'll pay for those wheels later like you said I could and I definately want the sway bar...I need a bigger one. Does anyone know where to get torsion bar bushings? Well, I'd type more but work calls.

    Thanks for the support.

    Jeff
ps...Preston, I'll call your parents tomorrow and see if we can meet in the afternoon.

Jeff, that sounds good to me. If I was home, I'd bring it all to you. :( Sorry about all of that. Glad I could help! Preston

Gonna run a little hot without a radiator! I would have installed the aprons and radiator support before installing the engine ... Although I am sure it made sliding the engine in there a piece of cake without them!

Here's a nice pic of a restored 6-cyl I found to use for reference on my 250 ...

Preston; you still have that v-8 sway bar? If so, and you want to sell it, let me know. Mine is the size of pencil.

Jeff, how did the parts work out?? The carb should work fine. It's been in my bedroom since I removed it. Did the bellhousing fit. Call dad if it didn't; he'll get you one. Are you gonna use the sway bar?? Or is it the same as what's on there?? It came off of a Sprint in a Junkyard. wheels should fit, cause they fit that other '70 model and my '72. Anyway, I think you have the number where i am. Call me sometime. Good luck!! Preston
