Im thinking about getting some AN hose for my oil filter relocation kit, is there a specific pressure rating I need for this application?
When you relocate the oil filter do not use 90* fittings...you will lose PSI when the oil deadheads into the fitting. Use 2 45* fitting or use a 90 with a long sweep. AN fitting can handle anything the oil pump can throw at it
Those fittings get mighty expensive.....Look to Ebay for used ones and you'll save quite a bit.....Race shops sell that stuff a lot
thanx for the info but I wasnt asking about fittings, I think the hoses themselve have different PSI ratings that what im asking about i plan to get the premade hose bellow and use AN adapter fittings to the adapters http://www.jegs.com/i/JEGS+Performance+Products/555/100622/10002/-1 http://www.jegs.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/KeywordSearchCmd?storeId=10001&catalogId=10002&langId=-1&Ntk=all&Jnar=0&Ne=1%2B2%2B3%2B13%2B1147708&searchTerm=555-110418
