Another Maverick on Court TV (Tru TV)

They are showing a Maverick on forensic files again on Tru TV (used to be Court TV) right now. This time a big bumper 2 door. Show is about someone getting ran over and they are trying to determine if it was an accident or not. It's not just a generic "prop" like other times I've seen a Maverick on there, they are showing real pictures of the crime scene with the Maverick sitting there and a body laying under it, and are even referring to the car as the Maverick. They are showing very detailed pictures of the exterior and interior of the car.

 

I saw that. Was flipping channels when it caught my eye. I cringed when they showed a late model chevy in the recreated scenes.

 

Yea, they were using the Chevy in the reenactment scenes, and then in the 3D computer generated scenes, the car looked like a Torino.
