Heya folks. I have been building drag cars here in Rhode Island for years- primarily Mopars. I just bought a few mavericks last year and started making street/strip cars out of them. I finished and sold 2, I'm keeping one for me. My Mav will end up looking like (somewhat) the interceptor from Mad Max (the actual movie car was a 73 Aussie falcon xb). I'll probably put a 351w with a blower into it- like I did to the other 2 that i sold. One of the Mavs I built ran a 10.8 test and tune at NEDW with the new owner at the helm. I will be happy when the Mav I'm keeping yanks the front end and runs in the 10's on the street. Lastly, i'm selling one of my mopars- a 67 coronet 11 sec project car, tunnel ram, aluminum heads and nitrous. If anyone has a Mav they want to trade for it, I'm all ears! and... I have yet another mav here that has a bunch of parts I don't need- I'll give them ALL to someone in exchange for some labor- I posted a thread in the 'for sale' section.
