FYI .. the factory blackout went all the way to the trunk lip ... not sure if you care or not .... Looks good ....
thanks for the info .....all the ones i have had went all the way too.......but with this ones not a factory color or paint job:bananaman this one is going on the wild side
Yeah I wasn't sure about where the black was supposed to end and after painting around the opening and the color looking so good I hated to cover it up . that black is Dupont Hot Rod Black, a single stage that has UV protecant in it and says it won't stain or fade. I know it went on nice. And Quit calling me Foose. I couldn't hold a candle to such an artist, its like calling him a dirty word to call me Foose.
nice work there "foose" :evilsmile that flame design is really a one of a kind. very sharp! cant wait to see the finished job your car is going to look sooo much different Dave,.... you may want to start looking for a new set of wheels to match its new personality (just a thought)
By not going all the way to the lip it might put off a yellow glow on the black. That would be COOOOOL!!!!! Looks great, can't wait to see it at the roundup.
Great work Ward...looks really nice....Ward you should ask Dave how many thousands he's paying the great Foose to do this job
