Does anybody have any pictures of two toned cars? I need ideas about where the first color would end and where the second color starts.

    Hey Rudy,
You can always look towards the factory painting of the Grabber & Stallion for ideas!(y)

I'm talking about part of the car one color and the rest another. Like Dan's: From the black to the dark red one color and from where the red starts another color. Do you know what I mean?

    Willie,
When I get the film that has pictures of her car on it, I'll scan it and see if I can get on here some way or another.:D I don't think I've seen a Stallion with yellow paint. It looks like a nice car and I can't wait to see it in person at next year's Roundup!

:biglaugh: Ha! Ha! You going to take that Dennis

I know what you mean. Dan's and mine are painted the same, just his not a factory color red I don't think.
You can always do something like start at the bottom of the front wheel wells and angle back at about a 45 to the top of the rear window for a two tone or even 3 tone. Or use the body lines like around the wheel wells on the grabbers and just make it solid. All kind of things. Its hard to say on here.

I didn't either til this one. Maybe I'll just drive up to your place some time.

There was a car posted not long ago that is orange and silver one of the best looking tu-tone jobs I've seen on a maverick. Colors went well together and the use of the natural flow of the body was great!

Yo, bulhead I noticed you got like what 14 posts? That’s like 0.0021325209444021325209444021325209% of someone you trashed. Here in TEXAS that would have earned what we call a "Curb Check". This site is for the friendly knowledge exchange concerning Mavericks and Comets. Check your TRASH At the log-in. Oh, and when you ask a question be more specific.

I apologize. The post has been edited. I just don't hate to see ANYONE bashed for no apparent reason. My high school career consisted of busting jocks and sitting in ISS b/c my standpoint on this. All I saw was someone that had been a member for about a month condescend a 3-year member. Don't get me wrong I love competition and a little smack talk. His remark was just...the topic should have described in more detail what he wanted to see. Once again I apologize. MaverickGrabber, no-offense, nothing personal, but I'll tell you like I told my dean of students. "I will do whatever I deem necessary to prevent any situations of this type unit I die or they change!"

NICE RIDE AND SWEET PAINT JOB!!!!:thumbs2: I'll soon Put some Shots of my mine on. now remember I ain't started on it yet and the pics will show.

Sorry if you thought I was "talking trash", but I know Dennis and we're good friends. It was just a litttle fun and yes I edited the post and have taken off the "trash"

Thank you for the pics LowMav. That's just what I wanted.(y) Do you know who owns it or anything about the owner? Mayber you can get a contact number or where he lives?

    Thanks again,
    Rudy

If I'm not mistaken, the owner of that car is the one that got himself banned from this site for trying to access someone elses account.
