They look like 73 Grabber seats. Don't they? They look pretty good if anyone is looking for these seats. I don't know what brackets those are.... http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=33701&item=7925562811&rd=1 -Corbin
The tracks look a lot like Maverick tracks ... these seats were also used in 74 so perhaps the changed the tracks a little. Good luck ... it's a great deal if they stay below $100
They don't look like Maverick tracks to me at all. The front corner should have a bolt to go down thru the floor....not a hole for a bolt to go thru "it". Stilll....cheap enough to buy and make them work........or find some Maverick tracks.
They don't look like any '73 Maverick seats I've ever seen. There's a definite similarity but they are different...
I do, and like I said, they are similar but the stitching is quite different. That, along with the rails makes me think they are not Maverick seats...
I'd say they are from a 74. The car that they came out of was a LDO,(mine) maybe that has something to do with the stiching. This is the first time I've seen seats with the same stich stye as mine.
Those are definitely not LDO seats ... I have 73/74 Grabber seats in my car ... So does Seth ... Also look at the Orange 73 Grabber in another post ... almost positive they are 73/74 Grabber buckets. However, Pinto buckets look almost exactly the same but have a smaller width and the ones I have seen have a vinyl back ... not the plastic back. If you want ... ask the seller to measure the width of the seat and I can compare them to mine. Perhaps Pinto's used a plastic back some years and those are Pinto tracks ...
I'm still in the bidding for them. If I do get them, I'll put them in my blue '73. That car has a bench seat that is in serious need of re-upholstering. I've always wanted bucket seats in the car. We'll see what happens.
