Attachment and PM Changes

    I looked over the PM and attachment usage statistics and saw that many members were very close to their user group limits and I increased them to the following:

    Non Supporting Members
    PMs: 200
    Attachments: 5 megs

    Supporting Members
    PMs: 500
    Attachments: 15 megs

    All members can upload pictures up to 250K in size (250,000 bytes).
