    Any certain adhesive I should use to install the rather spendy weatherstripping?

    3M weatherstrip adhesive, available at your nearest autoparts store. They have black too, which I prefer.

    Yep, use the gorilla snot (3M Weatherstrip Adhesive). Comes in yellow and black...
