I moved my 74 front bumper 3 l/2" back and added a front spoiler and it
look pretty good. :thumbs2: Haven't decided on the rear, but might go to the small bumper.:juggle:

oh yeah mave5, that is a super clean mav, i love that thing. that car is one of the main reasons i am still a mav nut. i was about to give up on my 4 dr six, and i saw tha mav in mustang and fords i picked up off the shelf at wal mart. ever since, ive had a subscription to mustang and fords, and i am still a DIE HARD FORD MAVERICK NUT!!!

My 74 Comet front bumper was set back 1 1/2" the guy told me when I got the car. Looks like just moved it back in the frame holes? I don't see any welding done. I'll get a picture Monday.

I left the big bumpers on my 74 comet gt only because it acts as a bumper between people and the car.
