I love black on a car, but dayum it's hard to keep clean!
When you have a black car, you can wash it, then it's dirty 5 minutes later.
Swirls in the paint are constant annoyance, and if you have body work done, it better be flawless, or you will see every little defect.

I have had 3 black cars, loved them all for every 5 minutes they were clean.
    I won't have another.:(

Plus they are hot as heck in summer.

Mine will be "back in black" when complete. I think the Comet side trim and stainless trim looks great against black, same with the Magnums.....of course you'll see it better when it's all back together.....whenever that is.

well thanks guys, not to sure thought. Black is my favorite color on cars but i dont know if it suits a maverick. IF i do paint it black rim choice will be critical to making it look good. But if i dont then i dont know what color im goona paint it

This is one of the sharpest black Mavericks I've seen. I would say its a chick magnet but it belongs to a chick. So it must be a dude magnet.

    tool~~~~~!

it may not suit a maverick in your opinion. But it does suit a maverick to others!

So, unless you are the holy alpha of all things maverick.....your opinion stinks! :rofl2:
