What prep and products did you use? I'll be getting my block back after the new year and will be looking to do this myself.

a good sharp knife, some blue painters masking tape, newspaper and patience.first i taped off the top end with newspaper then all the rest i taped off with just masking tape and make sure you tape off the bottom end real good and trim off the excess with a knife.the freeze plugs i laid the tape deep in the plug then ran my finger nail around the edge and cut off the excess with a knife.

as far as what paint i used dupli-color engine enamel with ceramic.they have primer also for the engine which i used first just one light coat then two good coats of the ford blue paint.
