Bob Glidden's back!!!!

Made his quickest pass of his career today at indy! Cool to see him back.

 

He rates right up there in my books and will be hard to beat once he gets the hang of things again he didnt qualify in round one 19th in a 2010 Mustang

 

I hope now that ford is putting money in nhra racing that fords can shine once again.

Way Cool , He is my all time favorite driver. Good to see he`s back. Should be able to the Brand X boys a run for their money. Gasserman

 

Just got back from Indy. Got to meet Bob and get a picture with him. (I still have to get the picture from my dad's camera.)

 

Awesome! Those stangs look awfull good too.

 

I also met Mike Edwards and had him sign a 8 X 10 picture of his B/SM Maverick that I took at Indy in 1980. When I showed the picture to Mike's wife, she went looking for him and found him another team's trailer. He came out with the picture and a big grin. He thanked me for bringing it out and said, "That's when racing was really fun!"

 

Thats really cool And one reason i really enjoy going to these events is how friendly the pro's are, for the most part. Last year i was crewing on a super gas car and we stayed at the track all weekend, man it was cool to be there participating. One of the coolest things i have ever done.

I'll be at Dallas in a couple weeks, he said he was going to be there! Between him and Bill Elliott,Ford racing in the 80s was the glory years!
