Brake Lines

    Doing the disc brake conversion, I ran into a slight problem maybe you guys can help remedy. Hard line leading to brake hose is 3/8. Granada brake hose and caliper fitting are 7/8. :hmmm:

    7/8" is one big brake line:rofl2:

    i used the following napa part #

    36649

    8.26$ a piece (I've never understood while people run old parts on these cars)

    this was a '76 granada front brake hose

    it was the same as the maverick hard line

    3/16 is the fitting size on a non disc mav, the granada/mav disc hoses are 1/4 I used a simple steel adapter. They should be avaliible at napa or o reilley's

    the napa line i referenced above was a 3/16" grenada line

    screwed into the mav front steel line and the new granada caliper
