I put a new mastercylinder in today and I noticed when bleeding the brakes that the fluid from the right rear and front left came out with less force than the other two wheels. Is this normal or do I have a problem with the proportioning valve/junction block thing?

the bleeder valves could be partially blocked or corroded.
    could be anything.
lines may be kinked(not likely, but) usually the restriction is in the rubber lines.
that would not explain the difference in the rear tho...
the rear should have no metering block or anything, steel line into rubber line, T'ed off into 2 steel lines that go directly into the wheel cylinders.
I'm betting on the bleeder valves myself.
