Hey anyone have a suggestion about filling a couple of drilled holes in a bumper? Guy before me drilled holes to mount a couple of fog lights.
Also, about bumpers. I have seen many 72s with the plain thin bumpers, mine has the thin (whatever they are called that go verticle on the bumper) push attachments? on the front and back bumpers. Was that an opt for the 72? Like I said most I have see are without.

You could place bumper bolts in the holes or weld the holes up and re-plate the bumpers.

You're talking about bumper guards. They were optional. The bumper on the '73 in my sig had bumper guards. I removed them and installed small bumper bolts - nobody notices. If you've got two sets of holes (one from the bumper guards and the other from the fog lights), I'm not sure how it will look. I like the way your car looks with the bumper guards.

Thanks Rando76 I like the way your front bumper looks too! Im kicking around the idea of mounting a set of driving lights where the holes are from the fog lights, maybe hanging them below, or above depending on how it ends up looking, the bumper instead of on top--sort of the old Stang double light look. Hook em up with the sport lamps so when I throw the switch the are both on. Ever seen that before on a Maverick?
