Bumper Swap

    This has probably been covered before and if it has, I apologize for bringing it up again. I have a '73 Maverick that has the big bumpers with the bumper guards. I would like to put on the smaller bumpers that don't have the guards that hug up to the car. These were on the 70-72 Mavericks, correct? For those of you who have does this swap, is there a particular year model that is the best donor? Where is the best place to get the bumpers? Is it a difficult swap? Thanks. :hmmm:

    The mav is gone but i'm still here!
    73 actually have medium bumpers 74 and up have big bumpers.

    any year(69-72) will work,best place to get bumpers is a junkyard or on this forum,the swap is easy as pie. just search for "bumper swap" in the tech articles.
