Looked through all the posts, and tech. articles and could not find what I need, maybe some one like Paul,or other tranny guy might know.Building a full chassis Mav for a customer, and am fabbing engine mounts a X-member,(nothing is stock) I have an AOD behind a 302 for mockup and owner not sure if going to run a C-4 or AOD and want to build X-member to fit both trans. The AOD is 22 1/2" from back of block to center of studs on tailshaft mount, what is it on a C-4? The mount looks like it will interchange with a C-4,and I could mill slots in X-member if it's close....Thanks in advance for any help,Jack

C4 from bellhousing to mount bolts is 20 1/2" (case fill)
AOD from bellhousing to mount bolts is 22 5/16"
I don't know what the difference in height might be though.
