Need a quick reminder, its been awhile. How do you adjust the bands on the C4?

    I have a 1973 Maverick which slips between 1 & 2 gears when moving from 1st to 2nd.

I can be contacted off post at RJS281@aol.com

    Thanks
    Bob Sampson

The band adjustment is 10 foot pounds. Tighten the band adjusting screw to 10 FOOT pounds and back the rear band out 3 turns and the front band gets backed out 1 1/2 turns.
