c4 bell housing to case torque specs

    Can any one tell me the torque specs for the c4 bell housing to transmission case in foot pounds. Thank You

    chiltons calls for 28-40 foot pounds.

    1966 Mustang, 1972, 73, 73 and 73 Mavericks
    I use 38 foot pounds. I use the same torque for the bell housing to engine bolts.
