    while im driving the car shifts nice the first time it shifts but the second time it shifts it feels kind of rough do any of you guys know whats going on with my tranny?

    Describe "rough"...

    Many of them have 2-3 flare, where it revs up a little before it catches. That can usually be adjusted out using the intermediate band adjustment. But it is a sign of a worn tranny most of the time...

    I am unclear as to what you mean by rough. If it is a harsh shift (faster and firmer) then I would ask what speed is it shifting at and under full throttle or light throttle?
    A good description of your driving habits and the way the transmission is reacting would go a long way in helping me tell you if anything is wrong and what it might be.
