72 c4 been sitting for about 4-5 years. Was fine before I pulled it,and has been wrapped up in the corner of the garage since.Other than a fluid/filter and seal change,What are the chances that it's still ok?

well, there are two ways to be sure what the condition is:
    1. complete tear-down inspection (might as well rebuild it since it is apart anyway)
    2. Install it, fill it let it sit with 4 quarts of oil in it for at least 20 minutes and then start it up and finish filling it with the engine idling in Park. Use type "F" fluid only.
