Lost my shifter book; can anyone advise on how to adjust the shifter cable on a B&M z-gate? Checked the internet, no help there either. Thanx

This works for me on my Star Shifter
Place the shifter and Transmission in Neutral. Adjust the swivel until it slips into the hole in the shifter arm. If you notice it doesn't shift correctly you generally will only need to turn the swivel one turn in either direction.

Thanks, not necessary right now; the instructions Maverick1970 gave me worked perfectly. Feels 100% better. At least now I know who has a booklet, thanks again(y)
