I was just wondering. I may be able to pick some up used. Around here in the 'hood. Dubs are the norm.

Unfortunately....Yes, with the right size tire. But unless you want to look like an urban assault vehicle with your car sitting way up in the air, you might want to consider 17 and even 18 in. options if you are looking for a lot of wheel. (y)

P.S. you have to consider that your brakes might not handle that extra mass very well either. Brake upgrades are even recomended on SUVs and trucks for bigger wheels/tires.

    Good Luck!

I agree about 99.999% except to say the brakes absolutely will not be adequate.

Two 1973 LDO Mavericks (one 4 Drag one 4 driving like Mad on the roads :) ) also have a 75 6cyl Stock! Ok, well sort of Stock :P
dude 18's will look like 20's on a maverick... anything thing bigger then a 18 is way too big... also remember alot of these big sized rims.. you will have problems finding a right size tire. IMO i think it would look ridiculous and remember thats comming from someone that has 18's on his car ;)

also if you notice alot of these protouring cars without major fender and suspention mods with 18s on the front run have only 215s on the front.. because not many tire companies make a middle sized tire for an 18. either they are like 215s or 265s and up with the correct profile for your car. i'm sure you will ahve the same problem with the 20's

and yes are far as stoping with thoses 20's you might as well commit suicide
