Can anyone help?

I think I posted my original in the wrong location, so here's what I'm asking:


The green Maverick on you tube (link posted) I think its in Brazil.
I'm leaning this direction for my build and need some help. Can anyone tell me if those are 15-17 or 18 inch wheels? Also, does it look like the fender lip edges had some filling in with some sheet/fab work?
And one last thing...a comparision pic for the video, does that look like the Mustang color Black Jade? I dont know what "garden green pearl" is or what model thats even from.

Thats what I thought..but they fit without trimming fender lip area like some of the others with 18s on here?
