I took a short video today and I'm having a hard time getting it loaded up on here. I think it may be due to the size as it's 19 megs. Any help? Stefan?

AVIs are already highly compressed so you may not be able to get it alot smaller without losing quality. If you want to send it to me, try to email it to me at astanger1988@yahoo.com. Ill see if maybe the sound can be compressed some. Do you have a target size in mind?

I'm actually not that worried about how big it is, it's just that I can't seem to upload the darned thing. I'll email it to you. Maybe you can get it posted?

Windows XP and Vista come with Microsoft MovieMaker (look for it in start menu or explore to Program Files, look for moviemk.exe). Import the video into that program, then "publish to my computer" and tell it how big you want it, or choose "save in format that best plays on my computer" and it will be around 3 or 4 megs when done.

It WILL lose some quality, but that is how it shrinks it.
