I switched to another PC (Windows 2000 with IE6 and Firefox) and now I can't see thumbnail photos in messages. Stephan, can you think of any setting on my PC that might cause this? I have a Firewall, but I put this domain in the Trusted sites.

UserCp is in the top right hand corner of your screen (blue shaded box)
Click on that, then on the left hand side you will see Control Panel one of them will be titles "edit options" click on that then scroll down..you will find several areas to click or unclick....one of them will read about viewing attachements....hope this helps.

Thanks for the good instructions. That should have worked, but the Show Images box is checked and I still can't see attached thumbnails. It must be some setting on my PC.

Is it happening on both browsers on the PC? If so, then maybe its a firewall program that is blocking it. If its only happening in Firefox, then check to see if FireFox is blocking the images. Go to Tools -> Options -> Content to see if you are blocking them.

It's both browsers. I've gone through everything on my Firewall and can't find what's doing it there either. Should I have "show picture placeholders" checked or unchecked?

    Smilie annimation doesn't work either

I'm able to see smilies, but they don't nod or bounce or drink, like they used to. Any ideas why?

I cleared the cache, but that didn't work. I'm not sure if I cleared the cookies. I'll try again.
