looking for a carburetor for 74 maverick 250 six cyl. motorcraft D4de ta A 4 f 12 any ideas for a god replacement it has climatic choke, parts stores are having hard time matching, has anyone had any luck with autozone carbs.? thanks jerry jseevers@wideopenwest.com
Surprisingly I've actually had decent luck with AZ carb (but not much else) and they do have a decent warranty.
would that be from autozone? do you know what manufacturer and model number that carb would be? i ordered one from autozone a month ago and it was the wrong model and wouldn't work without some mods which i don't want to do thanks for the info jerry
