How do you remove the chrome side molding that run down the sides and the trim around the front windshield/rear window? My son and i are going to start the body repair soon. we need to redo the previous owners crappy work:mad:

The side trim is bolted to the body. The fasteners can be accessed through the trunk and interrior for the quarters. (Yes you have to remove the interrior side panels) the doors trim is clipped on but...There is a nut at both ends of the door to remove.(Easily accessable) The front fenders...Just reach up in em and you will find the fasteners...If you plan to leave this trim off, you will have plenty of holes to weld shut so be prepared. As for the windshield and backlight trim. Its is clipped in place and has to be carefully removed with the proper trim removal tool. The lower rear piece is simply screwed on and removes easily. Have fun!!!
