I made a change in the classified rules to allow the trading of other vehicles for Mavericks/Comets in the wanted forum. So if you have a Pinto and you really want a Maverick, you could post a Maverick Wanted ad and include a description/photo of the Pinto.

If you have not done so already, please review the classified rules.

I too somewhat agree with you TL. I bought my Maverick from a guy that was into Pinto's.

The question was not "who likes Pintos?", the question was 'who would trade their Maverick in exchange for a Pinto?'.

Pintos suck, by the way. They're right up there with the AMC Pacer. And before anyone get's butt-hurt; This is a Maverick/Comet forum. I don't go to Pinto forums and bash Pintos...

    .

Well- I don't have an opinion on Pintos either way- I'M not into them... but I'm sure there is a driver out there for every car... I'm equally sure that there are plenty of more traditional muscle-car people who lump our own beloved Mavericks into the same catagory as the Pinto (and other niche cars)...

    However...

T.L. gets HUGE bonus points for using the phrase: "butt-hurt".

...which is always funny- just like anything with the word 'weasel'- its always funny.

    i.e. "colon-weasel", "egg-weasel", "weasel-weasel" etc.

    but I digress...

How about trading a Maverick for another type of car in the wanted forum?
    Could I post:
    Wanted 70-71 Torino
    Willing to trade a Maverick/Mavericks

    Or
Does it only work for wanting a Maverick?
