Well, I took the Comet down & had the windshield replaced. Then it was off to Renton Technical College (RTC). The car is getting a new set of leaf springs, arched 1" higher than stock. Installing 355 mini spool, & getting all the frontend bushings, balljoints & tierod ends replaced (I want to be able to grease the frontend). Having a half coil cut off, to lower 1" in the front. Should handle like a dream when complete. I might also put the factory GT aluminum mag wheels on it.
I will get some pics. I only go down to the college, on Fridays (my day off). They will start tearing it down, on Monday. So, next week hopefully, I'll have pics....I will say, the windshield looks great. Especially with all the chrome trim back on...

Agreed...no way I'd put a mini-spool in a car I drive on the street, particularly on a wet road...does it rain a little up there Coop? Lookin good bud

The new leaf springs are installed. Don't know if it is going to set any higher. I'll find out next week...Will probably have to send them to the shop, to be arched & another leaf put in...I want it 1 - 2 inches higher than stock in the rear...
I got them off of Ebay...They said they came off a Maverick Drag car, arched 1" higher than stock. They look just like the ones I took off the car. We'll find out as soon as the rearend is back in the car. I might have to get them arched & add a 4th leaf...
