On my car i put a new alternator on it and it ran good for about a month then i felt it pullin and then the altrnator light came on and when i park it it cut off whats wrong
more details would definately help. when you say you felt it pulling, do you mean the steering? when the light comes on is the engine still running? check your belts and pulleys then go from there.
The motor stalled and with power steering if the motor is not running you have no power steering. The altrnator light came on for the same reason. Key on motor off the altrnator light will be on.
will the motor turn over with the boost? if so put some gas (a little) down the carb. and see if it fires up. if so it is the fuel pump or out of gass (tank empty or filter stopped up)...frank...
