Years ago when I had my 71 Mav....I always thought how cool it would be to put 67/68 Cougar turn/brake lights in the back. I can't be the only person who has thought about it? Has anyone ever done this or at least measured it out? Does it seem you that the Maverick has great lines and body but when they got to the very back end....well....its almost like they rushed it or just ran out of ideas.
Yes, it has been done. they do look good. do a search. the best way is to cut out the raised part of the taillight panel
