Is there any way to go about filling and repainting a dash that is cracked in several different places, or do I have to replace the whole thing?

You can get the dash cap and it looks like original including the texture. You can get them for about $65 and it only takes about 2 minutes to install. Not necessary to glue them on either...just snap it over the old dash. I have them in place on place on 2 of my 71 Grabbers right now. Nobody knows they are covers.

I bought a dash cover from autokrafters. I actually glued it on, as per the instructions. about 2 years later it cracked in the same place as the original dash! :slap:

I think it was because I glued it, it didnt have enough give to expand with heat and stuff. the next one will NOT get glued, thats for sure. otherwise, the cover looked great! color and everything.

    hope this helps.
